For Women &
The Gender Expansive
Mission statement
This work is an offering of collective healing, an acknowledgement that we did not receive the tools we needed around intimacy, and a naming of the legacies of suppression, silence and abuse that we inherit. That to move from this collective deficit and create from the void is work we do together. Relational skills need relational practice. Shame needs witnessing. Voiceless sensations need the labor of naming, of language creation, of being heard by another.
This work is a structural offering to combat the distance and otherness that the healing professions have had to take on to gain legitimacy within a western scientific lens. I am not showing up as an expert at a clinical distance. I am naked too, offering what I have and what I know. You come wanting to transform something in you, which helps us all. Our wellbeing is intertwined—what a gift.
This work is a reclamation of sex work as a role in community that stands in the light: visible and belonging. We need spaces outside our daily rhythms to tend to the most intimate parts of ourselves. We need skilled providers who know this to be health work, and are well-resourced to hold this role with grace.
This work is a celebration of the wonder of human connection, of the simplicity of touch, and of the power of being seen. This work is a fountain of hope, and an invitation to co-create brighter futures for human intimacy.
Services
Intimacy Playground
We enter a container of play and organic exploration to chart a path to rich, satisfying intimacy. Before our session, we discuss what you’re looking to experience, and I offer interactive activities and practices that allow you to leave your comfort zone (or stuck zone) and step into something new. Throughout the session I offer suggestions to get us further into ease and flow. Each session is custom-made with an air of play and curiosity, where we center sensation and reflection. Whether you're exploring new gender roles or finally want to try out a fantasy, the space is yours to reach new heights. Read more for inspiration of what we might work on together.
Intimate
Tears & Fears
This is a chance to explore some of the harder feelings that come up around sex or intimacy. We create the space to specifically invite in the pains, insecurities, darknesses that we usually bat away in hopes of a good time. Removing the expectations of outcome or of performance, we engage with the body in a totally different way: giving space to what wants to come to the surface to transform.
These sessions can take the form of darkness-oriented bodywork and/or interactive activities. We can take on common scenarios that have been challenging in the past, going slowly and pausing as needed to find ease and new pathways.
Energetic Bodywork + Body reading
A session of classic hands-on energy work in which we welcome in the erotic body. Here we can address imbalances that have their roots in other planes (whether you have a specific trouble or a general sense). We engage the circuitry of erotic energy to move stagnation, locate unused resources, and tap into aliveness. These sessions are appropriate both to work on something intimacy-related, or as a thorough energetic boost of the whole system. Sessions can include genital touch or not, which is always discussed in our design call prior to a session. Each session ends with a body reading and discussion, where we connect what we each felt and experienced to construct a fuller picture of what's going on.
Virtual Support
Virtual sessions are talk-based, and often involve practical assignments in between sessions. Here you can access a supportive space to dive into intimate themes, find new pathways into aliveness, and navigate darkness with skilled accompaniment.
Sessions are also available for those considering erotic work, who want to think through if/how it might be right for them.
Schedule a Consultation
Here we begin to uncover what we might work on together, determine if we're a good fit, and ask any pressing questions.
Design Call
For in-person sessions, we take our time to define the pool before jumping in. We can spend as much time as needed at this phase, discussing boundaries and desires, what we do and don't want to happen, and how to create the space to support us before, during and after.
Session
Once we're ready, we dive in. We spend our time together in profound exploration with a focus on sensation and reflection.
Aftercare
Whether we have just one session or work together on an ongoing basis, we contemplate a plan for integration.
